Summer Food Service Program
The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is a child nutrition program designed to ensure that youth ages 18 and under continue to have access to no-cost, nutritious meals and snacks during the summer months. Minneapolis Public Schools Culinary and Wellness Services is a local sponsor of the SFSP; serving quality food in Minneapolis schools, parks, libraries, and other community sites.
The MPS Summer Food Service Program will begin Monday, June 8 and end Saturday, September 5. Meals and snacks will be offered Monday - Saturday. If you could like to be a summer food site that serves no-cost meals to youth, please complete the 2020 Summer Application.
Application must be complete by May 15, 2020 in order to ensure a start date of Monday, June 8.
