We’re excited to share the recently updated Ingredient Guide for Better School Food Purchasing! This science-based guide was created to help school food leaders and manufacturers improve the quality, nutritional value, and safety of food in all schools. Culinary & Wellness Services staff, alongside a coalition of school nutrition professionals, partnered with the Center for Science in the Public Interest to create the Ingredient Guide. We are proud to shape the food system and provide better food for all students!
