Eating Healthy (PreK-12)
From healthy food options for classroom celebrations and fundraising, to scheduling recess before lunch, or eating breakfast in the classroom, there are many ways that a school can change its culture to support students healthy eating. Something as simple as offering extra activity time instead of sweets to reward students can make a big impact on health.
